Prior to my last daca renewal I had an arrest for a minor offense.. I sent in my renewal and after the biometrics were taken I received an RFE for a court disposition. I provided the disposition and was approved with no issue.. now its time to renew again and my question is for Part 4. Question 1. Should I answer yes? I have had no other arrests or trouble after getting renewed.. If I answer yes will they request me provide the deposition again? or will it be fine since they already have it? or do I answer no since I have had no more issues? I have a copy of the original disposition which I sent em and they have.. should I send that in and will that suffice? Thank you in advance.

you don't have to send a previous disposition if they have already seen it.

I had similar issue, this is my 3rd renewal after my arrest as well, I always put the first questions to yes and provide the document and court disposition. Kind of better this way so its not delayed and I dont feel like putting no and then causing a delay somewhere.

Got this directly from USCIS, I hope this helps

Quote:
Q53. Do I need to provide additional documents when I request renewal of deferred action under DACA?
A53. No, unless you have new documents pertaining to removal proceedings or criminal history that you have not already submitted to USCIS in a previously approved DACA request. USCIS, however, reserves the authority to request at its discretion additional documents, information or statements relating to a DACA renewal request determination.

CAUTION: If you knowingly and willfully provide materially false information on Form I-821D, you will be committing a federal felony punishable by a fine, or imprisonment up to five years, or both, under 18 U.S.C. Section 1001. In addition, individuals may be placed into removal proceedings, face severe penalties provided by law, and be subject to criminal prosecution.
