Do you know of anyone who has tried to use Advance parole (for maybe school/educational reasons - several months abroad) and was NOT ABLE to regain entry into the US?

Or everyone you know who has tried to use AP was successful in re-entry?

I might actually give it a go - who knows what might happen once Biden is out of office.
and YES, I think BIden has a high chance of being booted out. Democrats have done absolutely nothing for their progressive base. Lame as always, always trying to "do the right thing" when it gets us no where - and has never gotten us anywhere. Sick of the lies and BS.

I would apply for AP with humanitarian reasons to go see my grandma, but my family in my home country has been unreliable at getting me the evidence I need for a strong application.

I work for a big company but it is not international, so can't apply for work purposes. Also, I am not in college. So, cant apply for educational purposes either.

I am pretty sure if someone was denied, it would make it to headlines

nope. I have gone a total of 5 times in the last 10 years that we have had it, the last being the past month. I have never had any issues.

I’ve gone twice. Once in 2016 and again last September and didn’t have any issues at all.

Unless you’re bringing in drugs, or did some severe crime you’ll be fine and it’s super rare anyone with APA gets denied entry.

Say if I wanted to study abroad at a foreign school which requires a Visa (let's say it is the UK or some country in Europe). Am I eligible to apply for a Visa with that country despite the fact that I do not have US legal documentation (GC or Citizenship) and with just DACA?
What would the hurdles be?

Worst case scenario you get an asshole, even in the rare occasion he denies you entry he can’t just deny you cause he’s in a bad mood. He has to have a valid legit reason to do so or he gets in trouble.

Keep using AP for non emergency bullsht, posting on social media everything as if it were a fkin vacation and eventually they will start denying people's entry sooner or later.

Im saving my AP for extreme emergency where i ABSOLUTELY have to go, like dying relative and even then its for 3 days max

TBF, Im also currently in the medical field/ so I would hope that they want to keep their doctors-in-training in the US and not kick them out..
