Form I-485 question

So I have a question about I-485 - Part 8 - question 1.

It asks to list all clubs, organization, societies, foundiation, etc you've been a part of:

Are we supposed to list all college and high school clubs? Even clubs in elementary school - like girl scouts and recreational sports?

I don't think so... I would not put anything like that

More like Rotary Club, Moose Lodge, Scouting, Freemasonry, or even professional organizations

I know they are seeing if you are part of any groups associated with terrorism and violence, but the question is very broad and all encompassing:

Just curious how in depth other people answered the question.

I found this in policy manual (https://www.uscis.gov/book/export/html/68600):
"Membership in organizations includes unions, clubs, and religious or community entities.", and then some sections talking about communist and terrorist groups.

So yeah, this question is pretty much there to make sure you're not a member of the community party or a terrorist organization. Only organization that I have that's serious enough to list is my labor union.
