Hello,

If i would to get approved for AP to go to my home country Brazil, and from there I go to Europe and return to Brazil. Then from Brazil I will return to US. Would they care ? Is it risky or does it hurt my case ?

probably won't be an issue but if its not an emergency then dont take a chance and dont give them any excuse. however, if you are traveling for future to revisit to Europe just incase nothing works out here then go ahead and take a chance. always play safe.

Well I don't think the actual AP document shows for what country you're approved...it just has dates...but I assume they will be stamping your passport in those countries...what if the immigration officer asks you about that? Again...I'm no expert with the actual rules....but AP for DACA is usually approved for certain reasons...if its humanitarian...its kind of tough to justify why you had to go to multiple countries....

They don't care. People have done it. just don't say you went for vacation. Going from europe to brazil to US is unnecessary. Its cbp thats already overworked like crazy not the freaking CIA.
