Emergency Advance Parole

Hi,

My grandma is about to pass away in the states but will be buried in Mexico. I am going to apply for AP (emergency) for her funeral. However, I am nervous about the small chance of not being allowed back in.

Have you all heard of anyone not being allowed back in? What are the chances? Am I screwed if I get an asshole uscis agent?

My man there is literally 0 cases where someone was not allowed back in if they returned within their given date range.
