Please provide thoughts on my timeline. Thanks.

Current EAD expires 10/20/23. I panic filed online last year on 10/1/22 due to the unfavorable outlook of the pending court case. As of today, my case is still in active review status.

Would it be safe to say that USCIS will process my case closer to October or has it slipped through the crack because I filed too early?

Look for action 150 days before your expiration.

i expire 8/19/23 and still not approved. Don't stress too much. Just make phone calls at the 150 days mark.

I did it by mail. I initially tried to do it online but it was requesting all the evidence documents like it was a initial daca application. So I said fuck it and just did it the old fashion way.

Hmm strange, I was only asked to provide copies of the last EAD. I think there was an option at the start of the application to let you pick Initial vs Renewal.
