Hi all!

I recently submitted a renewal application. As time goes on I've been accruing more and more assets, as it's been shown on the I-765WS. Should we be worried that USCIS may deny DACA renewal if the assets become too high compared to expenses? Has anyone even heard of such a thing?

This question was asked once before by dreamcast0819 in 2021, who inherited a property. I'm wondering how their renewals went since.

What are your guy's experience? I'm more interested to know if anyone has large amount of assets (above 100k-300k) and haven't had any issues renewing?

Thanks!

No, your assets won't impact your I-765WS. I renewed in Feb of this year and my assets were above your requested amount... I had 0 issues.

Off topic but the asset of your home is what it’s worth minus what you owe. So if you owe nothing (paid off mortgage) then your numbers are correct.

Just clarifying for future dreamers who input this into their assets

Never heard of anyone getting denied for it. Like that regulatory requirement of "proving need to work" got implemented in the most permissive way possible - tell us how much you make, spend, and have. Okay cool, everyone needs to work for the glory of the United States so go work.
