I’ve recently switched jobs and I’ll be traveling all around the country. Occasionally, I may be asked to go abroad. My company knows about my status and they are currently drafting an employment verification letter as well as documenting the need to travel so that I can apply for multi entry AP. My EAD expires in Feb 2024. Am I able to apple for a multi entry AP for a year right now or do I wait until my EAD is renewed? This will be my third AP but my first multi entry permit.
