Is This Forum Dead?

It is evident to me that this forum is lifeless. Frankly, I am considering discontinuing my posts about DACA news here altogether. It is disheartening to see threads with over 4k views but only 10 responses.

What is most frustrating is that this news is significant for all of us, yet the lack of engagement is disappointing. If we could rally together like those on TikTok are doing with the ban, perhaps our voices would be heard.

In any case, I may just lurk in the shadows and only check in occasionally to see what's new. Until then, I will likely refrain from posting as frequently. This forum is a ghost town filled with individuals who only care about what's new and don't bother to support their own community.

Creating new accounts is bugged and the forum is in a broken state. Others have tried to make forums but they weren't successful.

I refuse to use reddit because they shadowbanned me for no reason. I'm not there to troll reddit. C'mon guys. Let me in. Just no reason. Fresh account. Shadow banned.

reddit is pure cancer, you cant even say anything against what the NPCs think or the neckbeard mods ban you. its truly ridiculous since they censor news from sources they dont like regardless if its true. worst place for DACA news.

Reddit DACA tends to be more emotional and the slower nature of the forums causes you to stop and think a little bit leading to more rational discussion.

When DACA is being talked about we see more traffic here, but we haven't been mentioned much in the last 4 years. Things should be more interesting starting Monday, lets hope this is our year and our situation gets a permanent fix.

Biden can only do so much as President. What else can he do? Its congress that writes all the laws and is notoriously unable to agree on anything. Primarily because of the filibuster. It's not even constitutional, just an agreed-to rule.

I wish he tested the pardon power and pardoned the 10yr ban away for at least all childhood arrivals. He pardoned his crackhead son and everybody else but nothing for us. If the ban was removed it would give more options to dreamers and made leaving the US not so bad since you could come back for visits or try to emigrate through a different available channel if one wanted.

This right here. Both Obama and Biden could have pardoned us but neither of them had the courage because they want to keep us in chains. That's one thing I give Trump credit for, he does care about the status quo, he will deliver to his voters.

The Democrats have not been the party of immigrants or dreamers for a very long time. They opened the borders for a bunch of people that were not interested in contributing to this economy and put them on path of a green card status.
