This guy has no criminal history, has been in the US since he was 16 and has a 5 year old disabled child who is a citizen. The administration says they cannot get him back into the US. That is scary. So some innocent father will just be stuck in jail in another country for God knows how long? Although I wouldn’t feel bad if this happened to some MAGA immigrant, it is scary nonetheless. This can happen to anyone and that’s what happens when they aren’t giving people due process. I am sure there will be many cases like this in the near and far future. There’s reports of ICE agents attacking bystanders who are coming to the aid of people getting kidnapped in broad daylight on the streets by undercover ICE agents in masks.
