Federal Judge Breyer has ordered Dementia Don to return control of the National Guard to CA Governor Newsom. Diaper Don has been found to NOT have "followed the congressionally mandated procedure" for the actions he took in response to ICE protests and the public's ICE response in California. Newsom states National Guard will be going back to what they were doing before Trump's orders: border enforcement, anti-drug enforcement, wildfire mitigation, and ops support. LAPD, SWAT, and special ops will continue to handle any violence stemming from any protests.
