Fuckkkkkkk my purse was stolen today out of a dressing room! And of course with my wallet inside of it. My EAD was in my wallet. I’ve never been one to carry it with me, but with everything that’s happening I started to.
What do I do?? How’s the process to replace a lost/stolen card? And now with all the delays !!! I am devastated right now

Don't worry. You'll be alright.

Once i lost my wallet with $200 inside. Then i found one with exactly $200 inside.

Yes renewal timeline is brutal right now. No lie.

Am hoping that because this is a replacement and not a renewal that it won’t take as long, but apparently I have to fill out the I-765 again and pay the full fee

Hopefully you get this resolved quickly and with as little stress as possible. This is why a friend of a friend in another country never carried theirs for years resting on the assumption that the same information the drivers licenses covered their particular situation.
