She was basically just standing there. I thought it was the least funny of all the Palin spoofs...

I can't wait til the day when I don't have to see her face again. Sorry, but I can't stand her at all.

...eh

I recently read a piece on the election... in Time I believe, that was the best I've seen in a while. It was about early voters and how they make their, usually very informed, decisions very early on. The conclusion of the article was that this election should have been held a year ago.

This election has effectively halted ALL PROGRESS in this country for the past two years. I think both candidates should be ashamed of that.

And thats the only thing that I think about when I think about the upcoming vote. You can never fulfill two years worth of promises in four years of office. Neither McCain, nor Obama will be able to make up for the time that was devoted to them in this frenzy.

Just a random rant...

I can't stand Palin OR Tina Fey. They were both nobody's before this whole election circus, but now that's all you hear about. When I see "Tina Fey nails Palin again!" on news headlines every single week, it's getting ridiculous. SNL really went south since the Ferrell era, and this is what it's come down to - "Yay you actually did a good impression on ONE skit, call the press"

What progress did we have prior to those 2 years ?
My idea of progress is at least 2 pieces of Federal legislation that have affected me positively within a 5 year period of time,& I honestly cannot even think of just 1.During the Bill Clinton administration I can count several but the success of passing 245i twice even with a Republican congressional majority was his defining moment for me.

Sometimes I also get the impression that both Obama & McCain are being coy about what they will do when they finally get into office. This was prevalent mainly during some of the major debates,or maybe I'm just being cynical.

Regardless,It is obvious the only persons who will be winning this Fall are those who will be voted into office & our crux really is to hope that most will be Pro-dream.

It was obvious that she was trying too hard. I don't know. Being on SNL once (and in that, not really doing anything remotely funny.) is not going to change all the ridiculous and stupid things you've said, and it certainly won't change the minds of the voters.

Both of Palin's appearances were pretty funny.
Though I liked the cold open better.
