Yes it does, once you graduate. Though you should read all the details of the Dream act yourself. =]

Although you do have to wait until graduation to receive conditional status, so long as you meet the other requirements (5 years of continuous residency, not inadmissable under statutes blahblah&blah), dreamers ages 12+ can get a stay of deportation which allows them to work once of legal age so long as they remain enrolled in primary or secondary school. Once they graduated or dropped out, they would have to apply for conditional status in order not to revert to their former status (and in the latter case, get their GED first).
