Jk It's not a plane either..It's just another one of those scream movies..

Well I am not new but thought I would share my little, sad, violin story..While I viciously eat away @ a tortilla w beans.. I was born in Mexico..Chihuahua to be exact in the early 80's. I was then brought over to Texas when I was 3 months old or so. My mother then registered me here as a U.S. citizen, that had been born in American soil but didn't make it on time to the "hospital". I grew up as an American Citizen, getting my first i.d @ age 13 and working my social for the first time @ age 13 and few months. "I wanted too, I wasn't abused or slaved or nothing in that nature"..Well any who, I then *skip a few years* married my ex husband in 2001 and tried to immigrate him..*bad idea*. At the U.S. Consulate in Juarez a Mexican birth certificate with my name on it was found. The tough cookie was that, neither my mother who had then been dead for 6 months prior to the i-130 petition interview for my then husband, nor my bio father, who had walked out when my mother was a month or so into gestation with me were there to EXPLAIN TO ME what was going on, so therefore was taken away every document lic\birth-c I had ever known. And wished LUCK! by the security of state. So now my life is complicated and Dream is my only chance. And the pressure is on because I am also left to take care of my son and my baby brother with the help of my 22 yr old brother. I have had my face kicked to the dirt over and over again since this incident happened, and I'm really hoping this year it comes to a halt. Thanks to this site I am not lonely and thinking stupid things like I was just over a month ago now...

Wow, are you serious? I know that after someone is a US citizen for more then 2 years its very hard to deport him and take his citizenship away even with a very good reason (like the reason they had about your case), they still have to take him to court and it can take a long time from what I've heard and its really hard to do it.

Your mother did a really smart thing when she registered you like your were born in the US, thats too bad that they discovered that.
