Lawmakers taking CIR appeal through the Church

I found this article in the Houston Chronicle. It seems like all we're hearing about these days is effort to get CIR done. I think most of us are very skeptical about the possibilities of that effort materializing in this current political climate. Anyways a good read either way.....

This is a good approach but they should focus on evangelicals in particular.

I guess it would be the only good thing to come out of talking to the bible-thumpers.
