Mr. Samuel D. Brownback is a former Senator from Kansas. He's currently the Governor of Kansas since 2010. Senator Jerry Moran is currently one of the Senators for Kansas (2011-2016).
According to Senator Moran's official website he currently opposes the DREAM Act as a stand-alone bill, and believes that before any immigration reform is passed the Border must be secured and also make it easier and faster for those who wish to come to the country legally.
However, he said on a debate in 2010 that he doesn't support driver's licenses and lower tuition rates for certain undocumented individuals. He has also endorsed the Arizona SB1070 law. Mr. Moran's also the co-author of the StartUp Act.
