Likely Nay
She voted against it last December.
I called her offices and was told that how she would vote for it this time is unannounced.
She has feigned interested in supporting the DREAM Act as a sensible bill, however, she voted against the Defense Bill with the repeal of DADT and DREAM Act attached because she called it unfair politics, during that discourse she mentioned that she would support the DREAM Act if it was a stand alone, and she would support DADT if it was a stand alone bill, but not a bill attached to the Defense Bill.
When it came time to vote for repeal of DADT (Don't Ask Don't Tell) she voted yay
When it came time to vote for the stand alone DREAM Act, she voted nay.
The Defense Bill was not passed by one vote, we will never forget.
