Luis Gutiérrez has been advocating for Latinos and Minorities as well , Born December 10, 1953 to a factory working mother and a cab driving dad. Gutiérrez has always helped the Hispanic community in Chicago, He also hosted A large workshop in navy pier for thousands of dreamers! Gutiérrez was also the first elected official to sponsor a version of the Dream Act.
