on DREAM Act as introduced in House and Senate

He definitely looks like our guy. He cosponsored the bill in 2003, he strongly opposes making immigration more difficult and he supports giving benefits to illegals in this country. I'm not putting Yea, because I don't know for sure, but most likely he would support the act. Can someone email him?
