I called the representative's office in DC, they informed me that he has not taken a stance on the issue yet since the bill hasn't come for a vote yet. Left a message urging him to cosponsor the bill. While campaigning in 2006 he was quoted as saying "I believe we are a nation of laws and we need to enforce our current immigration laws. We must strictly enforce laws against the employment of illegal immigrants by prosecuting companies that knowingly hire non-citizens without work visas. We must also do all we can to secure our borders to stop the influx of more illegal immigrants and protect our country from terrorists."
