on DREAM Act as introduced in House and Senate

Heath Schuler is the author and original Sponsor of the SAVE Act which he cosponsored with Tom Tancredo. Not impossible that he'd support the DREAM Act, but very unlikely. Maybe its actually impossible. He supports efforts to require government ID to open a bank account, even.
