I wanted to know whether in NY they use the same picture from your permit for ur drivers license or whether take a new picture? Your response is appreciated. Thanks :)

@ bseo, exactly. I think it's only those people who had a I-94 before that was renewed. Thats y I am asking if they entered without inspection or legally with a visa.

I got approved. Vermont center. My app was sent 08/16/12. Bio appointment was 09/14/12 (actual bio app no walk in) :)and approved 09/28/12.:D.
