Hi all!

Do you guys think there would be a possibility of advance paroles to be approved in the next few months or preparing to go through the process of the 601A waiver is the better choice?

Mine took about a week. Which with the two RFE I received it delayed my app like 2 weeks already :/ who knows how long it will take after this.

It was signed 4 years laters because I did my taxes four years later lol So to what you guys understand they only want proof I was here October 2007-January 2009??? I hate USCIS right now seriously!

Ok at least I know not everything had to be notarized and birth certificate could also be translated by us. Makes me feel better but at the same more impatient on what they could possibly want!!!

My specifics on my case are entered without inspection, arrived at 8 years old, no criminal record, high school graduate, currently working.

Yes, I thought after biometrics it was the green light!...
