I was thinking the same exact thing!! But I didn't wanna say it cuz she already thinks I'm an asshole.. Lol but that's actually a good sign. 2007 she might be covered within the transcripts but the semester break seems like the mail focus point for u right now.. Talk to that Katy attorney chick on here she's got a FB page as well.. Very helpful

The fact is, if you are doing this on your own you may not necessarily see these type of things as fraud indicators if you don't have a lawyer. People who moved around are more at risk for this type of stuff. Thank God I've been at the same address since 2007.
I say she opened her self up to too many questions because her evidence on its face does not lead to a straight conclusion. Now you have to come back and explained why this is that, and why that is that, why you filed that so late etc.

I've read AAO decision where USCIS tore people apart for smaller things.
USCIS is not your friend. As more time passes I can guarantee you Fraudsters will appear more frequently giving the process more scrutiny.

Just saying.

This is good. We should probably warn other Dreamers who are going to submit their apps about this type of situation especially if they moved within the 5 year period from 2007 - 2012.

They want proof of 2007. According to the above you had a 2007 tax return that wasn't actually filed in 2007 and it's listing an address that you lived at later so they're saying that's not good proof of 2007 and since your transcript also says you were gone in 2007, that didn't work to fully prove 2007 (it shows an absence). So you just have to find other proof from 2007 and write a statement explaining what happened and proving what you say to the best of your ability.

It doesnt make sense because my brothers transcripts have the same info, we both moved at the same time. He received his work permit today. This shows that they are not actually checking all the applications.

Is your brother older or younger than you?

Also, your case was probably handled by a different caseworker. Remember it is at the discretion of whoever your case worker is.... You got unlucky

What school did you attend when you were out of state in 2007? Did you submit a transcript from there as well?

Did your brother also do the late taxes thing, bc honestly I think that threw them off quite a bit.

I personally think it's the moving since they don't know where she's at.

I think it's the exact same information....just different case worker.
