I think it will depend on which service ur case goes to. If it goes to Neb or Ver, you will be fine. If it goes to TX, then you will be waiting for a long time and ur stuff will likely expire before...

Just got an update saying my case has been routed to Texas. Last time it went to Nebraska. Is that normal? Has this happened to anybody else?

I left that blank, since I haven't gone anywhere since I came here as a kiddo. And checked the "NO" box where it says "Have you left the US without advance parole on or after Aug 15, 2015?

Yes but maybe us dreamers can become citizens in 5 yrs and sponsor our parents for green cards. And then citizen. Then they will be allowed to claim the benefits. God Willing!

Ok so social security benefits are based on a person's highest 35 years of earnings, which are then indexed for wage growth. This would have an impact but I guess that's the price we will have to...
