It is isn't? The Supreme court decided not to hear the case. So the ruling of the 2 judges still stands. Mine doesn't expire till August 2018.

Also, if you are trying to check your status online and it doesn't work it's because they are having technical difficulties. I talked to them on the phone and that's what they told me.

Actually, I was over 20 and did have a permit. I don't know if it was because of the law or just a requirement. You might want to call them and ask.

Good thing I got my license a couple of years ago when Maryland had that law. I did have my driver's permit for 6 months and had to attend driving school. After that, I got my full license.
