Yes, applied for AP as well. The status for AP just changed to “Name was Updated” and doesn’t say anything about being approved but assuming it’s appeoved and it will be a combo card. I’ve read about...

Case status was changed to "Case Status is Ready to be Scheduled for Interview" yesterday. Just did biometrics last Friday. Does that seem extra quick or not too unusual? I thought it seemed quick...

For those who filed i765 concurrently with AOS packet, what eligibility category did you use? C33? Or C9?

So you're saying that even with an approved i130, there would still be an interview because it's the i485 that initiates the interview? Just trying to make sure I'm following you.

We didn't have an interview when we did the i130 process, just sent lots of evidence and got approved. So I'm not sure if we'll have an interview now or not. I've researched a lot about it and I just...

Well, it was received June 21 but we didn't get any acceptance texts or notifications until July 5 so that definitely took a little longer than normal but on the i797, the PD is May 26, 2015 , which...

Our AOS packet was received 6/20, so two weeks ago tomorrow. Still haven't received any acceptance texts or NOAs in the mail and check hasn't been cashed. It seems like most people are hearing back...

He didn't get any type of official Denial Letter and the status of the AP we filed back in November hasn't changed. They didn't even take our application, which I'm thankful for because I was worried...
