So the banks daca recipiets have gone through are BB&T and Bank of America, is that correct? Any other suggestions of banks to look into?

Yeah I talked that over with my source at the chicago hrc office! We really want to get that started but we really don't have the money to be hiring a lawyer right now to start the whole process....

I applied in November as well! I've done 2 service requests, talked to an officer at uscis, and contacted my senator. I guess some of us just have to sit around and wait longer.

I sent my rfe in January.... It all depends on your case. The way I see it though, if you don't haven approval within a week, you won't have one for months...

I've had a weird couple of days with uscis stuff and am wondering if anyone has had a similar situation:

I came to this country when I was 4 on a visa with my parents who came with work visas....

I did. They said there was nothing they could do until May. I'm going to give it a couple weeks and then try getting help from my congressman.
