my high school has a website where you could download the form and submit it. took them a few weeks to process. it's unofficial since transcripts sent to the students remain so. the unofficial one...

doesn't bother me at all. i think everyone should have at least a ged, no matter what their status is, for their own good. and for the people around them. if this gives them the extra push, so be it....
