I received an RFE due to My medical exam expired after one year. My case was pending for 1.5 years but worth the wait.

I just got my Green Card. I have Daca and used AP for AOS. Keep working hard my dreamers there is hope and a future.

Uscis is not funded through tax payer money. It's funded through application fees so we are ok.

You can ask for a level 2 rep. They can give you more of an accurate time when your turn will be.

Well for those figuring where Tsc is at they checked my case on 02-12-15. I filled on 09-15-14 for my renewal. So my case got noid why because I used advance parole and did not include my copies of...

I went for that but they can't since it's for Daca. All I could do was to wait. I tried a few things but nothing has worked. From an inquiry to a letter to the obundsman.
