Re: Help: Parents want to move to.. Maricopa, Arizona

If your parents really cared about you, they will not move to AZ... Worst state of all with its stupid immigration laws. Go somewhere else until the matter is settled in the Supreme Court.

So I'm guessing you're about 18 years old? And you're going to attend a university in your home country?

Re: How will they know to give me the 10 year ban if I self-deport?

My dad pretty much strolled through the airport, got on a plane, and left. He wasn't detained or stopped by anybody.

No I think she should stay here and get an American degree.

But feel free to go back to Korea if you guys are fluent enough to succeed in Korea's top universities. I think it's a waste of time...

How will they know to give me the 10 year ban if I self-deport?

I'm thinking of just hopping on a plane, go back to my home country, and call it a day in a few months. So how will immigration find about my illegal stay here and give me the 10 year ban? I was on...

What if I leave the country but end up marrying an American overseas?

I'm 22, finishing college in the spring, and I'm thinking of going back to my home country.

What if I meet an American there and we get married? Do you think I can come back even with the 10...

Re: Going back home or staying in the US as an illegal?

The America of today isn't an appealing place to live in anyway. With the financial crisis, slow economic recovery, and a stronger Republican majority in Congress... I'll just go back home in Asia...

Re: With Dream Act shelved, immigrants look to 2012

First of all, there are grammatical errors in this AP article. Second, this sounds more of an editorial than actual news reporting. No where did I read that the Senate decides to shelve Dream.

Re: 2010 Elections: Implications for Immigration Reform

That's the plan for my family... My mom says...
