A green card that does not include a pathway to citizenship does not exist. If they don't want to give us a pathway to citizenship it will simply be a work permit. (Permanent BRIDGE Act)

Enforcement Priority # 2 is mostly for 3 or more misdemeanors or a significant misdemeanor (DUI).

Driving without a license misdemeanor does not fall into any of the 3 enforcement priorities.

The letter does say why your DACA is being terminated. DACA has always been a form of Prosecutorial Discretion and they decided to end Prosecutorial Discretion (AKA Deferred Action) on your case...

Aged out DREAMers fought for what is now DACA. Is not fair to them to pass a bill that only includes current DACA holders. What about expired DREAMers due to USCIS fault, younger DREAMers or DREAMers...
