You can barely get a job with an Associates degree here in America. But I suggest you go to a college at the very least because there's possibly no chance that you'll be able to enroll into a Korean...

I'm not saying that Seoul University is easy to get into. I'm just saying Berkeley/LA ranks higher than Seoul University regardless of the rigorous admissions. Why would you want to work harder to go...

If Brown signs Ab 131 it would be effective as of Jan 2013. Since it takes two or so years to transfer from cc to a uni, you should be fine.
