I think Demise for some reason thinks Obama is God and can do anything and everything he wants on immigration whenever he wants but that is simply not the case. There is a system of checks and balances that are established by the constitution, the same constitution he is facing a (politically motivated) lawsuit over. This sense of entitlement that Demise is portraying plays directly into the Republican narrative that Dreamer are never going to be happy and will always want more.
