I hope she deploys the National Guard to the Arizona State Legislature. Then we could finally restore order and the rule of law there.

Maybe, if by this you mean in his senility he will forget himself and vote without realizing what he is doing. Or maybe if he thinks he is voting yes to only enforcement and border security but there is a hidden provision for legalization buried on page 962.
