Now why don't I believe that? For that matter, why are all the people in the Forum telling you the same thing? Let me answer that for you, all the things you post are NOT related to the articles you read on here. I don't know what articles you read, but they are not the ones in this forum. So please stop saying that you've been following CIR and DA, I just find that incredibly hard to believe. Little word of advice man, use your critical thinking skills to evaluate your thoughts then post them up. You will be amazed what a difference that'll make. I'm not trying to be mean or anything man, but please get your shi* together.

Unfortunately, DA will NOT help your parents. They would still be subject to the 10-year ban for having been here illegally for more than a year. That means they would still have to go back to their country of origin and stay there for 10 years before you would be able to petition for them. That is the paradox that me and my DREAMer husband are stuck in right now. It doesn't matter that he is now married to a U.S. Citizen. He would still be subject to a ban . . . and waivers to the ban are, by far, not guaranteed . . .

This is what I believe.
