Either way, I don't need to explain myself to you or afloo12345. Don't bother replying, I am out of here.

Nobody asked you do anything but if you comment to someone else dont waste your time by having you explain yourself is pretty arrogant and most likely your not as intelligent as you say you are. My degree's are Political Science and Economics so yes if there is a bill that I need to find out about I can do it in a heartbeat online. Basic legislative procedures either have memorized them or can refresh my self on them in seconds. And on here I explain myself on here all the time because if people dont know something and you take a minute to explain you have helped someone out that day. On the other hand you just run around thinking your more intelligent than everyone else which of course you are not. Life is especially hard for people like you I hope you learn better human traits before the business world throws you out on your ear because of your attitude. Roll into a company of real smart people like were I work with that smug presence and see how long it takes you to rub someone the wrong way and get thrown out the door like the days trash.

To change the rules they only need 51 votes in the first days of the new congress. after that they need 67 to change it.

When did I ever imply that I was more intelligent? I just said that most of us don't know all the senate rules. I was just quoting the video on the CNN news.

Why are you disrespecting me? I never disrespected you. I never said the information you provided was false. I said, most of us don't know all the senate rules.

1) You told me I need to know more about US gov't, because you are implying I am ignorant.
2) You are implying that I have lower intelligence than you.
2) You don't know me in real life, yet you are calling me arrogant.
3) You are predicting that I would be a failure in life.

It looks like you are the arrogant one. You said you are taking political science, then good for you. My major has nothing to do with it, so I don't need to know the special senate rules.

If you are still planning on disrespecting me, then go ahead.

I forgot to add something. There is something wrong with the business scenario you provided.

1) This is not a workplace but an online forum.
2) In case you didn't realize, you are not my boss so you have no authority to get me "thrown out the door like the days trash."

People that act like you do not effect my life in the least bit or do I feel the need to put you in your place. Everyone gets what they put in so knowing that what ever you put out there is what you will receive.
I did take the time last night before I went to bed to watch this debate on changing the rules of filibuster on CSPAN to listen for myself what exactly there trying to do.

I watched all the DA debates on CSPAN, but what did I get? I made phone calls, faxes and emails. I put my effort in what I could do. You don't need to make me realize my place, because I already know it.

Maybe you don't know your place, because "people that act like you do not effect my life in the least bit." I don't care what you think about me. I don't need to treat you like my boss or a supervisor at work, since you are just an everyday bigot that appears online from time to time. I am adding you to the ignore list.

This argument is useless, it is not benefiting you or me.

Try and understand that there is no point in quarreling between us. All of us have the same goal - the DA to pass or find a way to legalize.

That is why I posted that article from the LA times showing what Udell (D) who is writing the rule changes has put up there very limited and nothing like people think. Democrats no there not going to lose the majority in the senate and they are going to want to filibusterer as well. I definitely agree with some of the changes no anonymous senator should be able to stop the process of the government that is about as chicken shit as it comes. You want to stop votes on the countries business you should stand up like a man or woman and show your face. We should also go back to having a senators to stay in Congress not filibusterer something and go home and go to bed that is some BS the democrats put in the mid 2000's.. But believe when the Republicans are full control you do not want to have no power in them appointing far right wing judges and when you have a democratic majority you don't want them to be able to appoint far left wing judges. There has to be some middle of the row judges in this country that interpret the law not start making law that is not there job. We have this issue now with 9th circuit court of appeals in SF and the appeals courts in the south there getting nothing done because the both want to make law not interpret the law. The greatest true power a president has is appointing judges because you can change the country by appointing judges and you never want them out of whack you want them to balance out. CSPAN2 has been covering this filibusterer debate you can catch the replays at night to see what there doing.
