I couldn't care less for this shill as h3wlett and others pointed out his schemes way back before the community became entranced by his words.

The only Dream Act I want to know more about is from Durbin/Gutierrez.

I agree, throw him under the train already. Soak whatever remains in gas and set it on fire.

Rubio will have to come up with something because GOP is losing because Obama and DHS passed something. He needs the Latino votes.

Out of recollection, Rubio, McCain, Kyle, Hutchison, all walked away in 2010 when DA came up for a vote in the Senate, this was after it had passed the House. Now they want our support ! It does not pass the smell test, it stinks of pandering ! Just my two cents, I hope Republicans not only lose the Presidency but also the Senate and House, they've runned the bus over D.A. too much !! , my two cents,, venting !

2010 was bound to fail. It was a rush bill in Lame Duck and not a good time to pass a controversial bill. It left out 30+ Dreamers and no Retro either. At that time, it was all political play. It is still all games and Obama is trying to win it for the Dreamers.

It looks like Obama will win easily and Dems will take back the House and Senate which means CIR is bound to pass early next year.

Okay, even I know that you were very optimistic about the 2010 Dream Act bill, and I was just a lurker two years ago...

Nothing is guaranteed in life. Everyone shouldn't be so quick to raise Obama's hand in victory. The fact is, there are several months left until election time, and anything that happens between now and then COULD change the fate of this race. Yes, its true that Obama is winning at the present moment, but that doesn't guarantee anything for the future.

I find it funny that Mr. Rubio doesn't like the Dream Act but yet his ingenious idea is the same thing except slightly tweaked and stamped with his name on it so that he can get all the glory from it, and be the hero of the immigrants. It's sad but its all a political move on his part if he was a true pro-immigration advocate he would of accepted the original Dream Act as it were. But alas Mr. Romney has his hidden agenda.

Oh Mr. Rubio how you have forgotten your roots and how you are LUCKY to be here in the USA being from Cuba and all.

Petition under current law? It ain't different than what Obama has done; It's a temporary fix. Mr.Rubio how bout you stick your negligent bill up your a**? I will stick with Obama's deferred action. I'll renew every two years. Also, I will throw some votes for Obama. -Thanks

He hated it because it excluded him with its 30 yr cap.
