Shit this a major bug out feeling (good type). I'm not even sure how to express how I feel but I will do my best. We are status less right now but look at the excitement we are in already. Think about what will happen when we get the work authorization. We are excited just by the prospect of having a work permit and drivers license. But something tells me there is MUCH MORE things well have access to. It's intriguing just sit down and think about it. None of us fully know 100% of the benefits but they will gradually come to life as we get those documents work permit, SSN, and drivers license in hand. There is no way of knowing this but to directly get them. All I'm gonna say is IF they do give us travel authorization and IF we are fully certain we can travel and return without problems and have valid IDs that prove this, I'm booking London in Jan provided the application process is done by end of this year.

Hey guys. I don't have my passport yet. I only have a matricula. It seems like having a passport is going to be necessary? How long does it take to get an appointment and how long does it take to get the passport after one has paid for it? I am Mexican and live in California, if that helps. Thanks.

The majority of Mexican consulates are having an event July 23, they want to help Dreamers get passports and matriculas. Look into it. Btw passports are given the same day and the price depends onthe length of time.

There are also mobile consulates that provide their services, at FAMSAS, La Curacao, and other Hispanic businesses. You'll get your passport same day.

That's why you have to check the goods, before you try. A cup check should suffice, or adams apple verification. This coming from a friend who spent a month in Thailand. I might be going at the end of this year.
