If the Repubes have an ounce of brain, they'll want to work with Obama on a comprehensive immigration reform bill. If they don't they can expect to lose for a very long time coming. Dems have to push and keep immigration a major topic in the media and we have to make sure we're pushing for reform as well.

They are passing it.

Otherwise, Republicans are going to get throttled in midterms come 2014. AND they will lose in 2016 by even a larger margin.

But then again, House Republicans simply won't give a damn.

Dream Act is back on center stage! Go Reid!

Antonio Vargas missed the DACA by few months and he is 31.

GOP in House should get a bi partisan deal or Obama will use his EO that Latinos love!

The GOP lost the 2008 and 2012 Elections because of Latinos voting for Obama. They know that whatever did were doing was not working. GOP in House will be force to compromise. I still think Rubio should release his bill that he wanted to and it does not have a direct path to USC. Senate is an easy pass.

They know this.

We have 53 Dems in Senate now right?

That is right. No more political games.

By Rubio drafting a bill. He was going to draft one who had no direct path to USC in which GOP's liked. Either they pass it or lose every elections and let Obama do a EO! The ball is in our court.

They will continue to lose until they pass CIR/DA.

Yea, that's what I meant.

If the Repubs want more votes, they're going to have to work on immigration reform, particularly the DA. They learned what happens when they take an extreme stance - Obama got 71% of hispanic vote while Romney, the GOP candidate, got a pathetic 29%.
