Damn i get what you saying but when i graduated HS in New York 2008 i register to Broward College 3 months later but when i try to register for class they told me i couldn't because i didn't have any ID. 4 years later after i was approve for DACA i took some classes paying out of state tuition. Now i wonder if im available to qualify for this new law because i register 3 months after i graduated. What do you guys think?

So let me get this straight, we got the Dream Act but were never able to pay for in state tuition here in FL? And now we are able to, but I graduated from highschool like 7 years ago..

So basically I'm screwed. It sounds weird cause not so long ago a friend of mine entered Miami Dade college with in state tuition even before this was out.

The way someone can currently get in state tuition at MDC is through the daca waiver, I currently have this waiver the only requirement is to keep the gpa over 2.0, it is going to be interesting to see how what happens to the MDC Daca waiver and the FIU Waiver once this law goes into effect in July.

I applied to FIU and got accepted after high school (6 years ago) but didn't go obviously. Could that count? I plan on attending MDC, as I was awarded the Dream scholarship, but it would only be useful if I get in-state tuition.
