Anything with her name on it showing her as a parent like medical and school records from k-12?

Sorry I'm a bit confused. By "extended"...are they saying that those who received 2 year permits can apply to get the third year?

No it means that they removed the age cap so Dreamers over 30 can get in on the life not sucking fad.

Hello i have a few questions.

I'm filling for 1-765, i-765ws, and 1-821D, category (c)(33)

My visa expired when i was 9, i'm now 35, and living in USA since 1988.
  • When should i mail my forms? the exact day of feb 18th or the earlier, like feb 12?
  • For my i-821D any questions i have on the form that doesn't apply to me, i should put N/A? ( dates/number/ whatelse? )
  • my visa expired in 1988, what kind of status was i when i had a visa?, and what is my status now? ( No lawful Status, Status Expired? )

  • For Form i-765WS, i've been living with my parents and can't work and no income, and everything is provided for me from my parents, how do i prove that i have no income, or expenses, no bank account? They're close to 70 years of age , and i really want to be able to help them.

Mail the forms so that the arrive no earlier than the first date of implementation.
Anything that doesn't apply write N/A
Check your passport US Visa to get the Visa type (visitor, student, etc.)
Your status is now: No lawful status, read the instructions to I-821D.
On the worksheet you write down that you make $0, you have $xx expenses, and then on the lines below you write how you are paying for your expenses.
Don't staple your application, use clips.

b-1 b-2 16 may 1986, it also just says multiple, nothing about visitor or student.

i don't have expenses, all i do is help around the house, and help my parents do house errands, and i mostly sit on my computer that my dad also payed for.

i hope that doesn't sound like i'm spoiled or something, because it's far from it, i'm just lucky right now with my parents, but they're are old now and i need to do more than just house crap.

B1/b2 is a visitors visa ...there is a step by step explanation how to fill out the forms in the lounge area of this forum.. take a look , I guess the hardest part for you would be getting proof of being here since you don't work ..what I did was paper clipped my proof by year

  • should i provide copy of expenses like electric bill etc? they'll have my dad's name on it though? Will that involve my dad in my case?
  • Also total current value of my assists? my parents bought me everything, so my assets is what they bought me? clothes, computer, bed sheets? chair, decoration?

That's kind of the catch 22 of the whole thing. You're not allowed to work, get a driver's license, or otherwise be part of society and you need those things to prove you've been here. Anything helps really, doctor's appointments, library card, etc.

I will also be helping my mother apply for DAPA. We have been exploring the idea of starting a new section depending on how many of us here will be doing this.
  • Does she have a checking account or credit cards? She does not have to be the primary account holder.
  • Have you ever made an online purchase and shipped it to her?
  • Photos of her on vacations near identifiable US landmarks.
  • Is she active in church? Get the church to write a letter identifying how long she has been a member.
  • Does she have minor USC children? Is her name on the medical records or school records?
