Hello everyone,

I have been reading this thread for a month now, you guys have a lot of good info, helped me a lot. Thanks to that, I contacted NILC on 9-27-16 about my case, still waiting for a reply. Hopefully they can help.

I'm so stressed because I am still working, my boss doesn't know about my status, He never asked me for a I-9 when he hired me 2 years ago. It's a small company, we only have 7 employees. I plan on continue working because I can't afford not to.
Thank god some people that applied early May are getting approved lately, I hope I'm next.

My fiance had both his applications finally approved today. Could be the luck of the draw or it could have to do with my, 8th? service request/direct NSC email/NILC flagging our case again Monday and my Congress office actually followed up yesterday and said they would call them again next week to get an answer on why it is taking so long. I think it was just time for his application. Though I did sent my Congress people an email (they hadn't really been helpful) telling them the information age brings all the lies and deceit by USCIS to the forefront. It was disgraceful to see this negligence and I sourced a bunch of information and posts in regards to panic by people who have done the right thing. I intend to continue to followup with their office and since I voted this guy in office, he in all for immigration reform and he is Latino...I am going to push his office as well as others to try and get more awareness to these struggles.

Thank you to everyone in this forum, I am a citizen and when my boyfriend and I started dating he filed for his initial DACA. Seeing the way it had potential to change lives like his, ours now, made me so proud. Seeing the destruction this negligence has left in it's wake is infuriating. I am so inspired by you Dreamers and I think the resilience you all have is something that will stick close to my mind and heart for the rest of my life. This experience has changed me in so many ways and I hope to get immigration reform passed to eliminated problems like this one day, someday, I hope.

Received 04/11/2016
Biometrics 05/04/2016
Expired 09/10/2016
DACA and EAD approved 09/29/2016

May 1 2017 we will get married and file to adjust his status. I will think of this forum and when he gets his citizenship, we will continue to fight for all the present and future dreamers.

I looked at your timeline and it might be too early to start flooding them since they don't seem to be working on June applications yet, but of course it never hurts to try.

Yeah I kind of thought the same thing might be a littler to early, but just with everything that's been going on with everyones renewal I thought I should start early.

I would definitely start early. I expire 10/26 and I already emailed them directly and through ELIS this week. Considering that the chance of our's expiring is pretty high at this point, it's good to start early at least to make ourselves feel better by doing what we can.

Well guys, I was getting ready to email my congressman once I hit the 105th day of my application pending , then I read this on his website: John Culberson (Houston, TX) "Voted YES on preventing tipping off Mexicans about Minuteman Project. Voted YES on reporting illegal aliens who receive hospital treatment. End Birthright Citizenship; no more anchor babies.", and this is only a preview. So I doubt I want to even contact his office.

For those whose EAD card went into production 9/20/16 what is the current status? I am still waiting. How long does it take to make the card? lol

Yep! Same here. Read their views on deporting 11 million illegal immigrants and decided not to do a congressional inquiry. Not all of us have equal avenues to accelerate our case.
