Can someone please allow people to edit the worksheet so that we can see the updated information with today's approvals? Also, congratulations to all who got approved. It's good to know that USCIS has approved what seems to be a lot more than earlier this week. Though they need to step it up and approve those who are still in this misery.

Quick update for you guys of my 3rd renewals.

App sent : June 6th 2016
Received : June 9th 2016
Biometric : 115+ days not yet scheduled
1st Service request: July 13th
2nd Service request: Sept 13th
3rd Service Request Sept 30th
Emailed NSC/NILC: Sept 26th
InfoPass: Sept 28th
NILC: Sept 29th contacted me back that they will flag my case after answering some questions about my case.

EAD expired : September 25th 2016.

I told HR about my expiration a day before it expired. They didn't really seems to care but told me to work as usual. However they needed some document about it being delayed which I told them. I was able to get a delayed notice when I went to my infopass appointment. I had my i765 and the delayed notice stapled and gave it to HR today. I took my time giving them because the vibe of being in the HR department gave me the chills of my current situation.

I've been working since Sept 25. They haven't told me any bad news yet. I just hope that they don't contact me or put me on leave of absence. *knock on wood*

And also, the infopass office told me they were working on mid April cases which was in the delayed notice filled with many check boxes of other options. That there was nothing wrong with my case..but my sister sent her application a week after mine and already got approved and card in hand that took her around 95 days to complete.

That's good that you can still work! Your case must be in a different batch of applications because more T2 officers have been saying early to mid May applications, a few still say April. Nevertheless I hope you get approved soon.

Did your congressman's office tell you anything about if they fixed whatever was holding up the EAD production?

You can go ahead and update the spreadsheet now. I asked the person that created it to unlock it.

I sincerely hope this letter from those Congressional reps pushes them to start moving on these applications. Too many people are still waiting or expired.

And whoever locked the spreadsheet, can you please unlock it?

Did everyones DACA and EAD get approved at the same time? My DACA says approved but my EAD just says in process but when I look at the case status it says in production. I have one week before I have to drop out of nursing school!:/

USCIS screwed up EAD card processing, as there are many DACA approved peeps without any EAD approval...effectively making the DACA approval near useless.

And who knows when any individual will get their EAD approved.

mine was finally sent out after 2 weeks. I had to call my congress man to get things sort out. SR1 kept telling that my card had not been sent out to production yet.

Hello! I'm new. I need some advice and/or comforting words from someone.

I took forever to apply to DACA for the first time and finally applied in 2013. More than a year later I was approved. About a month after that I found a better job and six months later I lost my job. So I had my work permit just sitting there since 2015. I was unemployed so it took me forever to get my stuff and money ready but I finally applied for my renewal on May 2016 and my daca expired on June 2016. I was still ok until now.

I have now received a very good job offer and 4 months after I applied for my renewal I haven't received anything! Last thing I did was go to get biometrics. I already called USCIS, did e-request, did service request over the phone, and lastly I got an appointment to see someone in person. But all say will take forever to hear from someone. The appointment is not until 2 weeks from now but I can't wait that long!

Is there anything else I could do? It just seems like I have bad luck. First my daca took forever and now the renewal is taking forever! What is going on?

Hi guys,
Something strange happened, I apply for my renewal back in July, I expire October 26.
A month after I sent my renewal application I sent AP application (humanitarian reasons) and asked for one year and to be expedited as I will be traveling second week of October and then ask for multiple entry. On Monday September 26 I call USCIS to ask about my AP and the officer told me that she couldn't see any expedite request and at this point its too close to my travel date. So she went on and added the expedite request. I got an email on the 28 that Nebraska had receive my request and will contact the right department. On the 29 I check my AP status and I had been approved, document was mailed on the 30. As I was checking this I went on to check my DACA status and it turns out I was also approved for daca on the same date as AP, the 29 of September. I'm not sure if my expedite request had anything to do with DACA.

Timeline:
DACA
Receipt date - July 11
Bio - July 21
Approved - September 29
Card - under production

AP
Receipt date - August 25
Expedite Request - September 26
Approved - September 29
Document - mailed to address on file September 30

Waiting to see if I got the year and multiple entry.
Also, this is my second AP. First was 2015 to study abroad.
