I feel like we're at the buttom of their priority list. We don't matter to them. That's why they don't care to extend our EAD. We don't have a path to citizenship. So we're pretty much useless to them. Ugh.

You would think it would pretty easy to have an announcement and extend everyone expiring in September at least 3 months to allow USCIS to catch up but nope. Must be pretty hard

That's what it looks like, you'd think we would have some priority considering that when we are allowed to work we pay taxes that benefits the state and federal level.

I don't understand why we can't get an extension. If they're having delays, that isn't our fault. And if it's affect Us, the least they can do is extend our EAD.

According to their USCIS website they should of provided extensions to our EAD cards because this is their fault with the delays. I just don't get why though

New to the forum.

This is my 3rd renewal.

Application received: 5/8/2016
Biometrics scheduled: 9/30/2016 (have not received paper notification with appointment date).

Any idea how approvals are currently taking after biometrics?

I have a feeling that they will reject my case. I have never seen a case to take so long.
If there is anyone out there with the same problem, please let me know

They received my app on 05/0216
Biometrics done on 06/16/16

And still nothing.

Thanks

Then you must not visit the forums often. There are people here still waiting since Feb/March.

When do you expire?

NILC emailed me back and told me they have been adjudicating most cases within 120 days. So, if you are a June applicant USCIS is not going to be helpful.
