Yes. I highly recommend putting in a SR. I put one in at my 105 days and one week later I got approved yesterday. And keep calling them, some of the services reps tell you that they can't put one in while other say yes let's put on in for you. It all depends on who answers. They all say different answers. But keep calling tell you get someone that will help you

Wow. That was fast. Every time I put one in they usually take a week or two to respond. I'll do it on Wednesday if my congressman's office doesn't give me good news by then. Thank you for the response.

I put one in at 110 days and they kept on telling me to just wait. I have nothing to lose now. The worst thing that could happen is happening to me so what's a few more weeks. Thank you.

I really think those instances where people got approved after a service request were just coincidence. Otherwise people who have made a bunch of service requests wouldn't have have to put in so many and would have been approved by now. So people shouldn't get their hopes up. Service requests are just so they can tell you the status of your case. That's all. I know we all do it in hope that they will adjudicate our case right then but that's not what happens.

In my case, whether they were coincidences or not, I put them in anyway, mostly E-Requests. I found that following the guidelines (30 days, 105 days, etc) for all the stages of the process and not getting anything is a good time to put in service request. The only thing I would say that I did different that most people is that I didn't flood all my communication avenues all at once.

My working theory was that I shouldn't do that because, well, everyone was doing that and with not much results, so why take the time to do it? Tier 2 reps are a very good resource for some things, but for others, not so much. And most of the time, InfoPass appointments, I feel like, are a waste of time and should only be used in extreme cases (not that you will get much out of them regardless).

Whether or not service requests online are truly effective, it remains to be seen, but if sometimes, you've got nothing to lose. If you're pass those benchmark dates, you should absolutely do them.

SOOOOO exited. EAD expires this Saturday. I called USCIS 10/25 and phone was answered super fast and rep was super nice. She put in a SR whit out me asking for one. I took note of agent # and confirmation of SR. I then forgot about it and went on to work hoping Id get response soon. Fast forward to today and being my day off I decided to check status out of curiosity and VOILA!!! I see this... Thank GOD. ^_^

My girlfriend's card has changed from sent to production to "Approved" in case tracker and "Card Produced - (Non-DACA) USCIS has produced your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) and mailed it to the address you provided." in ELIS. Her DACA approval was October 13th.

The tracking number is posted on myUSCIS Case Status, but it is slow to show up.

Mine did not show the tracking number until the same day it was scheduled to be delivered even though it was obviously mailed days before. It took about 2 days from being shipped to arrive.

I think so too. I just don't understand what they are basing when they look at a case ...date received, expired date, luck, service request?! What is it?!

I called again and tried my luck in the Spanish agent line. They told me to wait A MONTH?! to get approved. I'm more depressed than ever. IDK if my employer will take me back in a month?! Excuse me while I dig a hole and lie in it.

It may be any day now for your approval. I got approved at 113 days. Hang in there. I know how hard and depressing it is. Last week at my 105 days I remember crying all day when they told me it was still pending. I have a great job and I support my mother and siblings. Only one working in my household. So I was extremely depressed. Hang in there though! I know it's tough
