2 months till I expire. Gettin nervous

They are currently Approving (IF APPROVED) all May Received RENEWALS. receipt #s IOE90843XXXX

My ead expired on June 15th and I haven't gotten approved yet.. I sent an inquiry on June 5th and I still haven't gotten an answer. I'm getting worried. My renewal was accepted on January 11th. I haven't had a good experience with the NSC ever since my first DACA Application was denied after 21 months of waiting..

God damn. 21 months?!

Recently got approved! Timeline as follows

EAD Expiration: 11/27/17

Mailed Application: 06/05/17 (non-express USPS to PO BOX address)
Received : 06/08/17 (Email Notification 06/12/17) at Harrisonburg
Biometrics: 06/28/17
EAD approved: 06/29/17

I decided to send it over 150 days early as I was nervous that it will get delayed but I was not expecting it to be this fast. I've gotten my fingerprints taken 2 times in the last year due to work so I'm not sure if the FBI already has a file on me.

Now I have to see if my EAD will begin June 2017; in which case I will lose about 5 months. Or will it start end of my current EAD; which some members have posted.

Can someone help me with few questions I have please?

1 - Is first post on Page 1 still the most recent/accurate information for renewal?
2- Do I have to send the forms in a specific order? I was told to do so for my last renewal but I forgot the order.
3- I will be shipping it to Chicago P.O. Box 5757 via UPS express. Can I send it with signature confirmation?
4- How many pictures do I need to send?
5- If a whole page is not applicable to me, do I put N/A for each box or just leave it blank as it is?

Why were you denied? Renewals are taking too long. Waiting since 12.11.16 at NSC
