im not the one crying the past few days about no relief happening for us.

always remember, we are entitled to nothing in this country. we are illegals, our parents BROKE THE LAW, we just got lucky bcuz we got brought in us children. in any other country, we would be sent out on day 1.

representation is fine and we all agree with that, i pay taxes too to be represented but i aint crying about it and feel that i have to be given something because i pay taxes.

We can't be represented for the simple fact that we (and our parents) broke the law. You would not want random uninvited people to move into your house and then have them DEMAND that you share ownership of the house with them. Look at taxes like its the rent you are paying to live here. Not a bad deal if you ask me.

Also, lets not suggest people to pack bags. Millions of people have actually had to do so, families have been broken, its not funny!

Wrong. Representatives have an obligation to serve ALL residents within their district or state. There is no legal standing in any founding documents that state otherwise. This is why DACA recipients are able to ask their congressperson to inquire about their application. Being a citizen is not a prerequisite.

Neither am I. All I said was we need to make sure the representatives that don't vote for our interests (especially Dems) need to be primaried or voted out to send a message. Just because we can't vote doesn't mean we can't influence our communities.

dude we agree on what you are saying about taxation + representation.

but just look at it in a way that we are demanding shit despite our parents breaking the law. we got lucky we got brought in as children.

how tf does that look to the people we are trying to convince that our issue is the right thing?

"im an illegal, my parents broke the law but i pay taxes so i demand you reward me!"

Learn to read. I didn't move into anyone's house. Not asking them to share anything. These false equivalency mental gymnastics you are trying to pull isn't going to convince anyone.

But you did move into someone's house i.e. a country that is not yours and you did so ILLEGALLY! You are asking (rather demanding) them to make you legal therefore, asking them to share.

Liberal fools like you are going to ruin us!
