The biggest take away is that BETO lost! We all need to send postcards and urge him to run in 2020!

The question is whether Democrats will use their leverage to force a reasonable deal on immigration. Chances are Democrats will avoid government shutdowns with the 2020 election in mind. Trump might do the same. Expect gridlock on immigration.

I don't think Beto would win since he lost against Cruz. Cruz is probably more unlikable than Trump.

Dark times for us dreamers in GA now that Kemp won. That POS wants to defund colleges that accept daca students. For fuck sakes what is the Atlanta office doing that they haven’t send me my interview yet?

Yes - I was very suspicious of their early stats.

The biggest win tonight is slowing down Trump's assault on immigrants and have him on check

Democratic newcomer Abigail Spanberger knocked off incumbent Rep. Dave Brat (R-Va.) on Tuesday night, dealing a blow to House Republicans and President Trump.

Brat has been a close Trump ally and received an endorsement from the president just days ago. He also had been seen as a future leader of the ultraconservative House Freedom Caucus.
